MKFashion – Exchange & Return Policy


1. Eligibility Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and included materials must remain attached and intact


2. Types of Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for size, color, or product variation, subject to stock availability.

Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, or show signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.


3. Exchange Shipping Fee

A flat domestic fee of ₨ 200 applies for exchanges related to size or variation.

This fee covers the dispatch cost of the replacement item.

If the exchange is due to:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • Receipt of an incorrect item

The exchange shipping fee will be fully waived.


4. Returning Items for Exchange

Customers must return items through a traceable courier service (TCS, M&P, Leopards, Pakistan Post, etc.).

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • MKFashion is not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.


5. Processing Time

Once your returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

After approval, the replacement item will be dispatched within 7 working days, depending on product availability.


6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if labeled as such)


7. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact MKFashion Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  3. Mention your preferred size, color, or model.

  4. Once approved, return the product via a traceable courier service.

  5. After inspection, your replacement item will be shipped.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Use a courier service that provides a tracking number.

  • Shipments without tracking may result in delays or denial of the exchange request.


9. Stock & Availability

All exchanges are subject to current stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, MKFashion may offer:

  • Store credit

  • A refund

  • A suitable alternative product option


10. Policy Updates

MKFashion reserves the right to revise this Exchange & Return Policy at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
